This role will ensure that our inflight safety standards audit-ready by ensuring cabin policies, manuals, and procedures remain fully aligned with aviation regulations and company requirements. You will monitor onboard compliance, investigate safety reports, and turn insights into practical safety improvements. Job Description


Responsibilities


Aviation Safety Compliance & Audit Readiness


  • Ensure aviation safety compliance, audit readiness, standards and support successful internal/external audits, while maintaining accurate manuals and timely communication to cabin crew.
  • Maintain and update the ANR/IOSA compliance matrix within required timelines.
  • Support audit planning and execution by coordinating evidence collection with stations and local regulators.

 

Inflight Policy Governance & Crew Compliance Monitoring


  • Monitor cabin crew safety compliance through inflight observations, identify and close gaps.
  • Support ANR regulatory approvals by assessing risks and raising Hazard Identification and Risk Management (HIRM).

 

Safety Culture, Trend Analysis & Safety Improvement Initiatives


  • Drive cabin safety improvement by analyzing data, managing reports, facilitating safety meetings, and implementing targeted initiatives to reduce incidents.
  • Manage timely retrieval and follow-up of Crew Reports.

 

Incident Investigation & Emergency Response Support


  • Manage incident response by conducting timely investigations and reporting, providing safety insights.
  • Ensure effective follow-up and resolution by coordinating with stakeholders to implement and close corrective and preventive actions.

 

Safety Reporting, Documentation & Team Support


  • Manage safety reporting and administration by ensuring timely compliance reports, maintaining accurate records and audit evidence.
  • Support operational effectiveness through administrative duties, recruitment support, and digitalisation initiatives.


Key Requirements


  • Experience in aviation operations, safety/compliance, policy/procedures, quality assurance, or a related discipline.  
  • Strong working knowledge (or ability to quickly learn) regulatory compliance and audit frameworks (e.g., ANR, IOSA, SMS).  
  • Proven ability to produce clear documentation, reports, and manual/policy updates with strong attention to detail.  
  • Analytical skills to interpret safety data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical initiatives.  
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across multiple teams.


Good to have



  • Experience supporting internal/external audits and evidence management in an airline/aviation environment.  
  • Background in cabin safety, inflight operations, safety investigation, or risk assessment processes (e.g., HIRM).  
  • Experience designing safety campaigns or change initiatives to improve operational safety outcomes.  
  • Familiarity with fatigue risk management concepts and reporting workflows.
